Our Sales Policies

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  To establish billing terms with us, please contact us at partyparty@tds.net.

Q:  Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
A:
  Yes.  PartyPartyStore.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit security.  Credit Card numbers are only stored on the web server temporarily.  You will be asked to enter your credit card number each time you checkout on our website.

Q:  When I register at checkout, what happens to my information?
A: 
When you register, your information stays with PartyPartyStore.com.  Your information will NOT be sold to any third parties.  During checkout you will have the option to join our mailing list.  You may be contacted by our Customer Service Center to verify any questions we may have about your order.

Q:  When/How will my products arrive?
A:
  We ship orders by way of UPS whenever possible. All shipping, processing, and insurance charges will be added to your total upon checkout. Please open and inspect your order as soon as possible so that we can take care of any shortages or damages quickly for you. Remember to include your contact information so we can follow up with you!

Q:  Will I have to pay sales tax?
A:
  We are required to collect sales tax on orders which are placed in Michigan.

Q:  How do I return a damaged or wrong item?
A:
  If you want to return an item you have purchased, please contact us for a return authorization number. Please return only unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please estimate your needs as closely as possible since we charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns of the following items: costumes, headwear, food items, special order items, glow products, seasonal and/or dated items after the event date, imprinted items, and all closeout sales.

When you are returning an item you are responsible for payment of the shipping fees. Any items returned to us without a return authorization number will become the property of Party Party and no refund will be given.
